This page explains what happens to information you share on sriverse.space, run by Sri Verse in Sri Lanka, and the simple rules for using the site. If anything is unclear, email sriverseofficial@gmail.com or call 077 137 7887.

What we collect

• Forms. When you send a strategy request or a Library article, we receive what you typed (name, email, phone, brand, brief or article) and any photos you attach.
• Visit statistics. We count page views with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not store your IP address in a way that identifies you.
• Preferences on your device. Your browser remembers a few settings in local storage: whether you have visited before (so you skip the entry screen) and whether the lighter graphics mode is on. These never leave your device. You can clear them at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

We do not sell your information, we do not use advertising trackers, and no payments are taken on this website.

How forms are delivered

Our forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, which passes your message and attachments to sriverseofficial@gmail.com by email. We use what you send only to reply to you, to review your article, and to plan the work you asked about. We keep emails for as long as we need them for that, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Library submissions

By sending an article you confirm that you wrote it and that the photos are yours or that you have permission to use them. You allow Sri Verse to edit it for length and clarity and to publish it on the site with your name. You keep the copyright. If you change your mind, email us and we will take it down.

Published articles

Published Library articles are stored in Google Firebase. Reading an article loads it from Firebase; no personal information is sent with that request.

Using the site

• All videos, writing, artwork and the Sri Verse name and emblem belong to Sri Verse or the people credited, unless stated otherwise. Please do not reuse them without permission. Sharing links is always welcome.
• Links to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
• We work hard to keep facts accurate, but the site is provided as it is, and we may change or remove content at any time.
• Quotes and timelines discussed through the forms are not binding until we agree on them with you directly.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you have sent us. Email sriverseofficial@gmail.com and we will reply within 7 days.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
